When Will My Order Ship?
Normal order processing can take between 1 - 3 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
How Will My Order Ship?
We offer standard delivery via USPS first class mail for most orders. Shipping and handling charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimension of your order. Orders placed by 1:00pm Mountain Time, Monday - Friday, can be shipped using one of the USPS Priority Mail methods for an additional cost. Orders shipped to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and all other addresses outside of the contiguous United States, and International orders will be charged the rate of shipping and handling from Colorado to your state or country.
When shipping items to multiple addresses on the same order, you will be charged a separate shipping and handling fee for each ship-to address.
For a limited time, we offer free USPS standard delivery to ship-to addresses to the 48 contiguous United States. Orders shipped to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and all other addresses outside of the contiguous United States, and International orders are excluded from free shipping.
When Will My Order Arrive?
For standard delivery to the 48 contiguous United States, please allow up to 7 business days for items to arrive. For delivery to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and all other U.S. addresses outside of the contiguous United States, please allow up to 14 business days for items to arrive. Please note that these delivery times are not guaranteed.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns for unopened merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date for most orders. Items cannot be returned without a receipt or packing slip. We offer a refund in the same manner in which the original sale was made for the item(s) returned. All items must be unopened and returned in new condition with the original packaging and all contents. Sale merchandise is not returnable. Price adjustments will not be honored.
Merchandise purchased on the StoryChips website cannot be returned to retail stores for a refund. To return an item(s) by mail, please repackage your item(s), enclose the packing slip and ship it back to us using an insured, trackable shipping method. If you do not have the packing slip, please enclose a note with your name, billing address, order # and order date. You will be responsible for paying for all shipping costs for returning your item(s).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). If your return is approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Packages delayed in shipping from the carrier is not eligible for a refund of the shipping costs.
